The Terrible Twenty Two's

Yesterday was my 22nd birthday...

My sister, Andrea appropriately dubbed this birthday the "terrible twenty two's". Terrible being the best thing ever, of course. I don't remember the last time that I was like, "wow, Gab, it's gonna be a good year"... I mean, I've probably said it but this is the first time I really feel it.

Thursday night, my girl Anjuli and I chilled @ my apartment and brought in my birthday with some blazeotronics, Jamie Foxx, & crazy family stories... that simple moment solidified every positive vibration I was feeling. Here I am, having nothing and having everything all at once. It feels beautiful...

This year, my relationship with my first love is going to reach a new high. I'm all his.

My grandfather is 79 years old and you would never know it. Any chance he gets to rub it into someone's face about how well maintained he is for his age, he takes and runs. Boastful like no other and what's funny is his uber dictatorial persona [that makes up for his lack of stature]. He's as perverted, flirty & fresh as any Dominican 16 year old and is way more narcissistic than he needs to be. Strict diet, exercise, and beauty products galore. This nigga even blow dries his feet after he showers. Yes, it's that serious. 

He's turning 80 on Wednesday and what does he want for his birthday? Beyoncé.
